Ola pessoal estou com 2 aparelhos i855, que ambos o cliente mencionou que do nada parou de funcionar, agora coloca a bateria no aparelho e coloca ele no cabo usb o pc automaticamente reconhece como "motorola iden interface" acredito que seja um problema de Sw gostaria de saber como devo proceder com a atualização de software desdes atc, porque leigo nessa area de nextel. aguardo ajuda

Esses i855 é recordista de problemas de flex ! tente coloca-lo em modo flashstrap (*#power) se ele entrar pode ser atualização de sw , do contrario é flex !
