w395 PHONE AID NÃO SUPORTADO????

Boa tarde, espero não estar perturbando....pois não encontrei nada no forum sobre, primeiro queria saber o qué é este AID e em segundo este w395 da claro que ao tentar desbloquear na v1.0.1 está dando isso, alguém sabe dizer o porque? ou terei mesmo que adquirir os logs setool? A todos muito obrigado antecipadamente.
