Lumia 830 não abre a câmera

Sempre que clico em qualquer aplicativo de câmera, ele fecha instantaneamente e  volta para o menu inicial

 

Estranho que se eu abrir o Lumia Selfie, a câmera frontal funciona perfeitamente, mas assim que troco pra traseira ele congela

 

O mais estranho de tudo é que hoje a tarde a câmera voltou a funciona, mas quando cheguei em casa o terrivel bug voltou

 

Alguém tem ideia? Li na internet alguém com o caso parecido, ele disse que a galera fez isso:

 

 

UPDATE: Nokia care fixed the camera problem by removing the entire firmware of nokia lumia 830 and re-installing it (not hard reset).
