bom dia colegas entrou aqui em minha assitencia um motorola xt 1033 moto g  que nao da area no chip 2 , tem como reeparar esse xxxx tenho a sigma box , so que ela nao reconhece o atc lembrando que a plataforma usada foi a qualcoomm  ..fico grata desde ja

Bom dia, a sigmakey não suporta esse modelo, e infelizmente o assunto sobre imei é proibido aqui no forum.

Verifique se o slot do sim Card não está danificado e se está sendo reconhecido normalmente, pois quase sempre chegam em minha assistência com problemas.
