ola amigos, instalei z3x no meu pc que tem sistema operacional w7 32bits perfeitamente porem quando instalo samsung tool 17.3 e samsung 2g so fica funcionando samsung tool 2g o 17.3 clico nao chega a aparecer nem interface do programa o que sera?

verifique pela shell se ele esta disponivel e tente aciona-lo por ali as vezes ele instala mas nao cria o atalho nas area de trabalho

agora se voce ja tentou por ali e ele noa funcionou entao tente baixa-lo de novo e reinstalas-lo
