amigo antes de vc ir para parte fisica tente um hard reset Desligue o telefoneButton & Power - Vol +, Vol- Para entrar no menu aperte a tecla Home Para confirmar o wipe data/factory reset aperte na Tecla Câmera. Nota: Faça o devido procedimento com a bateria totalmente carregada. Se lhe foi útil agradeça.
