Gente, sempre que entro no modo recovery para dar o Hard Reset ele fica no bonecodo android e não sai. alghuém tem alguma forma de como resetar ele

Já alertados várias vezes sobre aparelhos da "Negativo":

- A mesma não oferece suporte externo, apenas ás suas assistências autorizadas.

Mesmo firmware e outros procedimentos a mesma não divulga, portanto, sugerimos entrar em contato direto com a mesma.
