amigos acabei de apanha na assistência um tablet samsung gt p1000l . o problema dele é, ao pressionar a tecla power , o mesmo fica travado no nome da vivo e de lá não sai .. já efetuei um hard reset mais sem sucesso... o que posso fazer?
