Por causa das segurança implementada nos bootloaders e na NAND, ainda não é possível, apesar de existirem MODs do Windows Phone para este modelo.

HTC Sensation XL is EXACTLY the same phone, different software.

Como o Sensation XL é quase o mesmo hardware, pode ser que no futuro exista alguma "brecha" para instalação do Android, mas por enquanto, parece impossível, segundo os mestres do xda-developers.
