Já mudou as configurações:

Enter "##634#" number.

4. Input *#7284# code.

5. Select "Modem, USB Diag" option.

6. Press "OK" button.

qual o cabo você está usando para fazer o desbloqueio? se for cabo usb normal voce precisa altera da porta com z3x para android diag modem, abra as opções para ver qual é possivel, ou tente ligar o cabo usb direto na entrada usb da box.
