ola amigos, bom dia a todos. tenho um aparelho celular Samsung GT-S5300b, que ao liga-lo, solicita email e senha, só que ja coloquei varios email´s e senhas, mais nada resolve... ... alguem sabe o que fazer? um hard reset resolveria? como fazer hard reset neste tipo de aparelho?
