ola boa tou com aparelho samsung gt s5360 que quando eu faço ligação ele apaga o display. para desligar tenho que tirar a bateria e ligar de novo. flaschei e ele permaneceu do mesmo jeito eu ia entrega para o dono assim mesmo, pois não sei mais o que fazer. alguem poderia me ajudar...DEUS ABENCOI TODOS...

olá consegui resolver meu problema era configuração! Resolvi assim:definições/definições de chamada/definições adicionais/ativar sensor proximidade,vc desativa ele pq ele trava a tela e não desliga!!!!!! agradeço a todos que tentaram me ajudar. pode encerrar
