Amigo nao consequi realiza o Hard Reset eu fiz o procedimento do post q vc me endicou segurar por 10 segundos as teclas end+send+volume p baixo sera q tem que segura tudo de uma vez o vai uma de cada tem que fazer o procedimento sem o chip
