A versão que esta usando do programa não suporta a plataforma do telefone, nesse caso tem que espera uma nova atualização, como pode ser problema de Hardware,

MAIS TENTE A TROCA DE BOOTS ANTES COMO FOI MENCIONADO A CIMA!

o boot eu ja tinha tentando, mas outra pessoa me falou que realmente a box ainda nao suporta o modelo, vamos aguardar entao a atualizaçao, obrigado
