Amigos estou com um aparelho samsung s3650 q naum funciona a tecla send ( tecla q faz chamada ) e a tecla do menu ... nao ache nem uma imperfeicao naum placa ja fiz uma limpeza e resolda nela e ja fiz um reset ... se algum amigo souber uma solucao por favor me ajude ...

Sr retira a manta das teclas veja se a oxidação ou sujeira faça um limpeza e teste.

amigo como ja tinha informado ja fiz esta limpeza ... baixei o manual dele mas so almentou minha duvida pois la marca q temos um componente na placa creio q seja um diodo mas ja abri tres aparelhos q funcinam normal e em nem um deles tem este componente ...
