Porta COM não lê nenhum aparelho

Estou aqui com um problema pra usar a setool via porta com. Independente da velociade que eu selecione ela da sempre esse erro. Essa Setool eu uso a anos nunca havia dado problemas, sempre funcionou bem. Se não me engano começou depois da penultima atualização. Ja formatei o PC e não to conseguindo fazer funcionar. Instala tudo direitinho, no meu caso esta na porta COM3. USB funciona normalmente para desbloqueio e flash. Ta parecendo que tem algo a ver com a porta interna da box, algo com o drive UC-10. Essa Setool eu uso a anos nunca havia dado problemas, sempre funcionou bem. Se não me engano começou depois da penultima atualização.

Ja formatei o PC e não to conseguindo fazer funcionar.

Instala tudo direitinho, no meu caso esta na porta COM3.

USB funciona normalmente para desbloqueio e flash.

Ta parecendo que tem algo a ver com a porta interna da box, algo com o drive UC-10. Mas não tenho idéia de como resolver

Primeiramente, mude a porta Com, manualmente....

Se ainda não funcionar, verifique seu cabo (rj 45), pode ser ele....

A solução que encontrei foi trocar mesmo a placa da Setool. Funcionou 100%. Trocado placa o pc pediu pra instalar os drives, depois de instalado funcionou sem necessidade de mexer em nada. Conclusão, o problema estava mesmo em algum componente da placa.
