Sr. Gustavo pra algum modelos e1086 pra completar o Desbloqueio precisa aplicar uma Flash por completo e depois realizar o desbloqueio. Pode ser que a flash esta com algum arquivo corrompido, faça o teste com o que esta no link abaixo:
