bom dia amigos este atc ligava normalmente, mas devido ficar um tempo parado, creio q seja solda fria, na tecla power, mas não sei onde fica os componentes responsaveis pelo funcionamento. obrigado.

Amigo coloque o mesmo na fonte e tecla a tecla power veja se passa alguma corrente,certifique se o mesmo não se encontra encurto também.
