ainda não executei nada nele, pois nunca tinha visto isso e nen sei por onde começa.

a plca dele esta nova ele tem 3 meses de uso.

Se possui equipamento para trabalhar com os telefones chineses, faça uma formatação nele, se não resolver, faça a leitura e procure uma backup da mesma versão e pelique nele.
