Lg MG370, dando erro no cartão sim !!!

Boa tarde, estou com um ATC aki que está dando o seguinte erro quando coloco o chip. "Erro no cartão Sim".

Ai para tentar solucionar o problema queria fazer uma atualização nele, ma não tenho os arquivos de flash!!! Se alguem poder me ajudar agradeço
