Amigo verifique qual porta está sendo emulada e selecione no programa. EX (com 5). Verifique isso lá no gerenciador de dispositivos. Poste resultados.

ok amigo chequei e troquei o com port ela tava em19 e a vygis mostrava 65 então eu troquei ok valeu pela dica
