Boa tarde

 

 Colegas de bancadas , estou com o A7 2017, com o seguinte probrema; 

Aparelho não carrega, assim que é conectado ao carregador aparece o raio e o aparelho esquenta muito! a ponto de ficar com cheio muito forte de queimado! ao colocar outra bateria carreada o aparelho liga! mas não carrega! local onde está com o aquecimento.
