J810M não entra sinal

olá amigos, estou com um J810m que não está entrando sinal, apenas aparece um simbolo de proibido no lugar do sinal, fiz uma ressoldagem CI U1036 o sinal volta mais logo fica do mesmo jeito, alguém ja pegou algum aparelho assim ?
