hoje pela manha um cliente trouxe seu iphone 6 o mesmo informou que ele ta reiniciando

estava dando uma olhada em alguns topicos, uns falam em TRISTAR - TIGRIS "U2" - BATER SIZE

o aparelho assim que liga a porcentagem da bateria fica em 1% após alguns segundos pula para a porcentagem atual que esta na bateria , em torno de 2 minutos ele se reinicia e fica nisso

alguem já pegou aparelho desse jeito ? sabe informar o que seria 

obrigado
