tenho a smart-clip s-card

Se vc tem Smart-Card vc consegue fazer flash pelo programa Scout, baixe a ultima versão ak:http://www.clangsm.com.br/vb/smart-clip-s-card-s-cout/28-atualiza%E7%F5es-scout-dongle-2.html

Após fazer Dowlood, vc instala o mesmo. Conecta o Smart-card na sua porta usb e pode abrir o programa!!!
