ja tentei tudo ja coloquei o numero q ta em baixo da box

ond pego o serial dela para registrar

e quando tento com a box sem ser no site da esse erro na box

Pode ter acontecido de alguem já ter registrado sua box, ou até mesmo você ter conseguido registrar e não percebeu. Veja na sua caixa de entrada do e-mail que você disponibilizou para ativação da conta. Caso não consiga, entre em contato com o seu vendedor e informe do problema.
