LG K10 não é reconhecido no modo download

Olá, recebi um LG K10 no loop infinito. Quando vou tentar formatar, ele formata mas continua na mesma. Então tentei coloca-lo no modo download, e ele entra, porém não é reconhecido no pc. Quando conecto ele direto na box, ela desliga. Eu já troquei cabo, drivers, entrada usb, computador, ressoldei o conector de carga e nada disso ajudou. Se alguém puder me ajudar, agradeço!

se desligou a box , ele deve está com algum curto amigo , tenta um cabo original .
