Para que fique melhor para te ajudar faça os seguintes testes

1 - Teste com outra bateria
2 - Teste o consumo na fonte de bancada
3 - Verifique se a linha VBUS_IF_5P0 tem 5V se não tiver verifique L4010 e veja se tem a mesma tensão
4 - Se tiver 5V na linha do VBUS veja se tem 4.8V no C4081 se não tiver você precisa trocar ou resoldar U4004
