bom dia amigo ,bem antes de tudo aconselho o colega a tentar um atualização , este é um procedimento corriqueiro para dar partida aos demais processos, permanecendo a falha a partir da ai seria bom utilizar o manual técnico do modelo em questão, se tiveres uma base em eletrônica conseguiras avaliar e chegar até os componentes responsáveis pelo funcionamento desta área , logo após podes proceder com a analise dos componentes responsáveis afim de identificar o causador da falha e em fim substituilo , ou o senhor pode fazer uma breve pesquisa na área de reparos na área motorola , é possível que encontre um jumper ou até mesmo reparo para seu problema .
