Celular Pocket plus gt 5301 b não funciona wi fi

Boa noite pessoal , estou com esse pocket aqui...mas ele nao reconhece o wi-fi.....o que pode ser ? ja fiz um hard reset nele e nada...continua com a opção de wi-fi inacessível....me ajudem....obrigado !

va em sobre o cel e veja se aparece o endereço mac se sim e problema na placa ai abra e verifique a regiao da antena se nao ha oxidaçao se nao aparecer e software ao voce pode tentar passar uma firmware nele ou reparar o wifi com uma box como octoplus ou z3x
