Amigos,

Eu estou com um xt1033, ele mostra carregando porém não carrega, ja efetuei a troca da bateria e do conector, mas ele continua o mesmo, ao conectar o cabo ele mostra carregando mas não carrega, pelo contrario, descarrega. Espero que me ajudem, aguardo respostas. *Estou usando o carregador original do cliente mesmo.
