Por favor alguém me ajude sou novo aqui!

 

Meu moto G (primeira geração) quando conectei o carregador mostra a imagem do raio que está carregando, mas a porcentagem não aparece e eu percebi que desse jeito o celular não  carrega, somente quando aparece as vezes a porcentagem ele carrega.
