boa noite a todos, passei alguns meses sem ligar minha hyperbox, hoje quando fui usa-la tentei atualiza-la, mas quando conecto ela não bipa e ficas com a luz verde e a vermelha acesa, faz o som de conexão da porta mas não a reconhece, quando junto os polo positivo e negativo também não bipa. Alguém pode me dizer o que aconteceu e o que fazer.
