Estou com esse apareelho q depois da troca do flex as teclas 3,6,9,# nao funcionam.Será q é o flex q esta mal encaixado?Obrigado!

Pode ser isso sim amigo, se possivel faça o teste com outro cabo flex.

Este defeito é causado por um BGA que fica ao lapo do IrdA, troque ele que ira funcionar . Post results.
