    Bom dia ! se voçe já atualizou o iTunes usou a versão 3.1.3 oficial (do proprio itunes) ele deveria atualizar pelo menos e muito estranho eu me lembro que tive problemas assim meu aparelho fazia sincronismo com muito custo e dava erro depois de algum tempo resolvi meu problema comprando um cabo novo e limpei os contatos de conexão do meu aparelho
