    boa noite amigo,este defeito neste atc é bem comum,aqui já devo ter pego uns 8 atc´s do mesmo modelo com o defeito de não ligar,na fonte quando se aperta a tecla power da um pequeno consumo e o atc não liga,para solucionar este defeito é só aplicar fluxo de solda pastoso em cima do power ic (ci power) e aplicar calor com a estação de ar em uma temperatura de 380º a 420º por um período de 1 minuto,aqui todos os reparos neste defeito ficaram 100% ,fica a dica,teste e post resultado.
