    Amigo, tente o procedimento abaixo, tente passo a passo com calma:
     
    1. desligue o telefone
    2. pressione os botões: Vol(-) + Power
    3. assim que a parte inferior acender (piscar tecla de voltar e tecla das opções), solte as teclas pressionadas e segure a tecla HOME rapidamente até o aparelho reiniciar
    4. Pronto! aparelho resetado.
