    bom dia, estou com um g531BT na mesma situação, mas tenho uma dica que já me ajudou em outras ocasiões;
     
    baixem uma firmware full (em quatro arquios, bootloader, pda, csc, modem) usem o pit do aparelho e reparticionem) vou fazer este teste hoje a tarde com o g531bt, se funcionar, posto o resultado
