    Reset funcional Lumia 720 Com aparelho desligado, segure Volume - e clique em power, ou então plugue ao USB ( eu particularmente só consegui plugando no USB ). Espere um instante, aparecerá o escrito nokia e logo após um ponto de exclamação ( ! ). Assim que aparecer a exclamação, faça a sequencia abaixo, lembrando que deve dar apenas um clique em cada botão: Botão volume + , botão volume - , botão power e botão volume - . O aparelho irá vibrar e reiniciar restaurado.
