    Oiii tive o mesmo problema com o iPad air 5 O botão Power não bloqueava a tela de jeito nenhum, e muito menos desligava o aparelho...o que resolveu foi ir até às configurações, desligar o aparelho, e liga-lo novamente. Espero que ajude.
