    Bom dia colega, tudo bem?
    Já testou outra tela nele? Só por curiosidade faça isso, tenho um aqui que estava do mesmo jeito, eu ia tirar a tela dele para usar em outro aparelho, ao testar a tela dele no outro o sintoma apareceu no celular que ia receber a tela retirada! Testei uma incell LCD nele e funcionou perfeitamente!
    Parece sem sentido algum, mas um dano ou vício oculto na tela estava impedindo o aparelho de iniciar, a tela dava imagem, mostrava o logo inicial com o modelo do aparelho e ia para a tela escrito só Samsung e congelava ali.

    Ideal seria remover a blindagem verificar C.I U1802 costuma oxidar, em alguns casos sô trocando, também podendo ser capacitores e bobinas liga ao C.I.
