    Se tentar desbloquear o bootloader sem habilitar o desbloqueio oem no sistema vai dar erro.
     
    Especifique o erro que vc teve ao tentar o flash, se possível poste o log completo.
     
    Mas o mais provável é memória, baseband zerou

    Não só a medusa, há vários box pra esse fim, porém se a memória tiver queimado nem com a box você vai conseguir, só trocando a memória antes, e isso num aparelho de entrada não vale a pena.
