    Note a última linha de comando FAILED, esse erro é quando o arquivo não consegue enviar as informações para a Emmc, nesse caso somente com o aparelho desmontado, realizando PINOUTS e reparando o Boot através da Ferramenta Medusa Pro ou Easy JTAG.

    Bom dia, junto com a flash como mencionou nosso amigo Marcelo acima, tente os seguintes comandos:
     
    fastboot erase modemst1
    fastboot erase modemst2
    aí instala a firmware
    e digita mais esses
    fastboot oem fb_mode_set
    fastboot -w
    fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
    fastboot reset
