    Olá, já vi vários aparelhos da Motorola assim, moto E, moto C, Moto G... Não é uma solução definitiva, mas você vai conseguir carregar da seguinte forma. 1 - entre em modo de hard reset. (VOLUME UP + POWER) 2 - Encontre a opção BP TOOLS e de um enter. (Botão Power) 3 - Assim que o telefone ligar, seja feliz... Vai carregar normalmente. Obs.: Se o aparelho desligar ou acabar a bateria, será preciso refazer o procedimento. Comenta aí se deu certo. Abraço

    Aqui pra mim até funcionou, porém fica com sinal de carga mesmo sem conectar o carregador.
