    Amigos agradeço a ajuda, a ressolda do componente não resolveu meu problema, mas consegui de outra forma fazer o aparelho voltar a carregar a bateria, segue o Jumper que fiz, está na cor amarela. É simples, peguei o positivo deste componente no quadrado amarelo e soldei no positivo do conector da bateria.
