    Boa noite. Tenho um Moto G4 Plus e hoje ele desligou sozinho. Quando tentei reiniciar, ele ficou com essa tela (imagem meramente ilustrativa logo abaixo) por 10 segundos, mas aí a tela fica preta tbm 10 segundos e depois volta a aparecer o logo da Motorola e assim por diante.. e agora fica nesse loop infinito, não para, só fica assim. E não dá pra fazer hard reset. O que pode ser?
