    beleza vou dar um verificada mais acho que nao vai resolver pq o cliente falou que ele ficou assim depois de uma atualizacao ja fiz o downgrad para o android 4.4 kitkat mais continua ele ler o chipe mas nao dar area nem abri a lista de contatos
