    bom dia andre953,tente fazer a substituição da ponte retificadora,a minha apresentava o mesmo defeito e após substituir a ponte retificadora o defeito foi sanado,pode ser que este transistor também apresente defeito,faça a substituição da ponte retificado primeiro,não resolvendo parta para ele,essa é somente a foto como referencia,pode não ser o mesmo de sua fonte :
