    provavelmente sensor hall, nesse modelo ele vai no flex de carga, entao tente troca o flex de carga que possivelmente funcionará(pode estar oxidado tambem o flex), mas aviso que é complicado desmontar esse aparelho, melhor é avisar ao cliente do risco de abrir, pois a tela é fragil e bem cara.
