    A tensao inicial vem do CI (PMC)geralmente esse defeito  sao os diodos ESD102 e ESD101
    Verifique se um deles esta em curto.
    Se nao tiver o esquema dessa placa pegue aqui no forum mesmo na area especifica
    Bom trabalho
    Retirar o vibracall funciona tbem,mas vc nao estara solucionando o defeito e sim escondendo o defeito
